The Municipality of Temagami, in partnership with the Temagami Family Health Team, welcomes you to become a member of the Fitness Centre located in the Medical Centre building. The fitness Centre is a large component of the Healthy Living Program the Municipality has put in place – all made possible with a grant from the Ontario Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport.

Funding from the Ontario Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport's Healthy Community Grant was used to outfit the fitness Centre with two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one recumbent bike and various other strength training and cardio equipment such as steps, stability balls, BOSU trainers, and free weights. The Centre provides programmed tokens for 24/7 access and is equipped with motion sensored video surveillance for member and facility protection.

RULES: Members must abide by the Fitness Centre Rules and Regulations put in place for the health and safety of all members.

*Members under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older)
**Family is equivalent to two parents and two children (under 18 years of age). The fee for additional children in a family would be $5 per child per month.
